Responsibilities

• Recover outstanding loans while ensuring compliance with company policies
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding repayment plans
• Maintain accurate records of loan recovery activities
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: OND
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: ₦80,000
• Allowance: ₦20,000
• Performance Bonus: Up to ₦120,000
