A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Requirements:
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ proven experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree / National Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations and hotel reservation systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage cash transactions and prepare daily reports.
