• Shift-based role

• Work schedule covers Monday to Sunday

• CT Scan unit operates 24 hours (24/7)

Purpose of the Role The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at the Neolab CT Scan unit within FMC Asaba. The role involves managing front-desk operations, coordinating patient flow, and providing courteous, efficient administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and a professional healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and attend to patients and visitors professionally

• Register patients and accurately capture patient information

• Schedule appointments and manage patient queues

• Handle phone calls, enquiries, and basic correspondence

• Collect and record payments where applicable and issue receipts

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of patient records

• Coordinate with radiographers and medical staff to ensure smooth workflow

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area

• Observe confidentiality and data protection standards

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant discipline

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, basic data entry)

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or customer service role

• Previous experience in a hospital or diagnostic center is an advantage

Working Hours:

• Shift-based system (day and night shifts)

• Weekends and public holidays as scheduled

• CT Scan unit operates 24/7
