Job Summary

We are seeking proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented Real Estate Sales & Marketing Associates to promote, market, and sell our property offerings. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and increasing brand visibility through effective marketing strategies and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell the company's real estate products and services
• Identify, prospect, and generate new clients through field and digital marketing efforts
• Conduct property inspections, site visits, and client presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective buyers
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase property visibility
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
• Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and property launches
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in real estate sales, marketing, or a related sales role (advantageous)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with social media marketing
• Must be resident in Abeokuta or willing to relocate
