About the Role
The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales in line with company objectives. The role involves promoting company listings, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction from inquiry to final purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients and investors
- Promote available properties through marketing campaigns, social media, and networking
- Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients
- Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and payment options
- Negotiate sales terms, prepare sales agreements, and ensure timely completion of all required documentation
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a database of leads, inquiries, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales strategies
- Provide market feedback and insights to management for strategy improvement
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and property laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property marketing
Required Skills
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-driven with a proven record of achieving sales targets
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
- Strong social media presence or digital marketing experience
Compensation
N120,000 - N150,000 per month
