## Title: Real Estate Marketing Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, drive property sales, and oversee all marketing initiatives for their real estate projects in Karasana.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
Manage social media presence and content creation
Coordinate property launches, open houses, and promotional events
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Collaborate with sales and design teams to align messaging

Requirements

B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 4 years' experience in marketing (real estate experience preferred)
Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, SEM, social media ads)
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics platforms
