About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Real Estate Marketer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose tailored solutions
• Intermediate negotiation processes and consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
• Display and market real property to potential buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements
• Manage property auctions and exchanges
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: HND or B.Sc Degree in Marketing
• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Marketer or Real Estate Salesperson
• Proven track record of successful sales
