About the Role

Resource Intermediaries Limited is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Real Estate Marketer in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will guide buyers and sellers through the property marketing and purchasing process, ensuring fair dealings and optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose tailored solutions
• Intermediate negotiation processes and consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
• Display and market real property to potential buyers
• Prepare necessary documentation including contracts, leases, deeds and closing statements
• Manage property auctions and exchanges
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
• Develop professional networks with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Stay knowledgeable about real estate markets and industry best practices

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum qualification: HND or B.Sc Degree in Marketing
• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Marketer or Real Estate Salesperson
• Proven track record of successful sales
• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
• Proficiency with MS Office
