## Title: Real Estate Business Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Real Estate Business Lead to join our team at Gafford Property & Homes in Lagos. In this position, you will drive sales strategy, lead our sales team, and manage all aspects of the real estate sales process to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a sales plan that supports the company's strategic objectives and achieves sales targets, taking corrective measures as needed
  • Oversee and manage the entire sales process including client presentations, site visits, negotiations, closure, and administration
  • Track, interpret, and report on weekly sales targets and figures in close collaboration with the transactions team
  • Ensure effective use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool (Sales Force) by all team members, monitoring data quality and quantity
  • Proactively manage, analyse, interpret, and report CRM data to optimise lead generation, opportunities, pipelines, and revenue forecasting
  • Provide leadership and guidance to sales team members to ensure optimal performance
  • Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly individual sales targets with the sales team in line with their Road Maps and KPIs
  • Oversee sales team performance through daily check-ins to set objectives and monitor progress regularly
  • Conduct training sessions for sales team members to improve sales techniques and performance
  • Oversee preparation and approval of client documentation, such as offer letters and agreements to lease, in coordination with the Transactions team
  • Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints, providing after-sales support
  • Develop and deliver bespoke pitches for identified opportunities
  • Generate, convert, and close local and international sales leads
  • Build and maintain strong long-term strategic commercial relationships with agents
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the real estate development market, including market intelligence, competitor information, current trends, and market conditions
