About This Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential buyers and investors through various channels, including direct marketing, referrals, and networking
- Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features, benefits, and investment potential
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and the company
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide accurate advice and recommendations
- Provide post-sale support to clients, addressing concerns, facilitating documentation, and ensuring smooth transaction completion
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by management
- Work closely with marketing, legal, and finance teams to coordinate sales activities and facilitate smooth property transactions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports for management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property development
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market and regulations
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel within assigned territories

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Compensation & Benefits
NGN 400,000 base salary plus 5% commission on sales
