About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our dynamic team. You will be the engine of our new client acquisition, responsible for generating leads, building a robust pipeline, and closing deals that directly contribute to our company's growth. This is a hands-on role for a sales hunter who thrives on the front lines.

We are a dynamic firm specializing in luxury properties within Ikoyi and Lekki, Lagos. Our portfolio features only premium properties with a minimum value of 250-300 million Naira.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach
- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the entire sales process—from initial contact and needs analysis to presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing the deal
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners within the real estate industry
- Market Expertise: Become an expert on our services and market to effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role within the real estate sector
- Documented track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
- Deep understanding of real estate principles, terminology, and deal structures
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Proactive approach with high level of resilience and initiative
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
Compensation & Location
- Salary: N500,000 Net Monthly + 1% commission on every sale
- Location: Lagos (Ikoyi)
