We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a smart, persuasive, and results-driven Real Estate Agent to drive property marketing, client acquisition, and revenue growth within the Lagos Island.
  • The ideal candidate must be proactive in field marketing, confident in closing property deals, and capable of independently generating leads and converting prospects into buyers or tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Market and promote company properties through both online and offline channels
  • Identify and engage prospective buyers, investors, and tenants
  • Conduct property inspections and client presentations
  • Close property sales and rental transactions
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Generate leads through strategic marketing efforts
  • Provide regular sales and marketing reports
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times.
Requirements:
  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
  • 1 - 2 years experience in sales, marketing, or real estate (training provided)
  • Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license (optional)
  • Strong marketing, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with Lagos Island is an advantage.
Compensation Structure
  • N200,000 monthly
  • Attractive commission on closed property deals.
