## Title: Reagent Sales Officer

Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and self-motivated OND holders to join our Reagents Sales & Marketing Team. The ideal candidates will drive market penetration by selling our range of medical and laboratory reagents directly to wholesalers, retailers, and end users. You will be responsible for generating new leads, achieving sales targets, and ensuring brand visibility at the grassroots level through consistent field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively market and sell reagents to wholesalers, distributors, and medical outlets
  • Visit assigned territories daily to introduce products, secure new customers, and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Educate customers on product usage, pricing, and promotional offers
  • Report competitor activities, customer feedback, and market trends
  • Manage and properly utilize the weekly float allowance for field activities
  • Submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports
  • Work with the sales supervisor to plan and execute market activation campaigns
  • Attend product and sales training sessions as required

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly sales volume and revenue generated
  • Number of new customers acquired
  • Territory coverage and market visibility
  • Timeliness and accuracy of sales reports
  • Customer satisfaction and retention levels

Qualifications & Skills

  • OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Science Laboratory Technology, or related field
  • Prior field sales or marketing experience (especially in pharmaceuticals, reagents, or FMCG) is an advantage
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
