We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Requirements
- A PhD holder or its equivalent in the area of specialization with a minimum of six (6) years in Teaching/Library experience at the University level
- The candidate must have a minimum of two (2) points of PG students supervised
- Academic Librarians shall participate in postgraduate teaching and supervision in the Department of Library Science Considerable background of research with a minimum of admissible publications totaling not less than sixty (60) points.
- Must score four (4) points in Academic Leadership/Administrative Responsibilities.
- Must score three (3) points in Community Service.
- Must have a PhD or its equivalent.
- Must be an up-to-date member of professional body/bodies (ix) Must score forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal.
- Must be visible on Google scholar or its equivalent with citation not less than twenty (20).
- Minimum number of publications not less than twelve (12).
- Must have 4 Papers index in Scopus Journal
- (Two (2) Favourable External Assessments.
