About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Quantity Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost estimation and planning
• Contract management
• Cost control and valuation
• Variations and claims management
• Site inspections and reporting
• Risk management

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience with on-site construction projects
• Professional certification (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) is desirable but not compulsory
• Knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, etc.) and contractual procedures
• Knowledge of quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, CCS Candy, or similar) and MS Office Suite

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
