A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost control reports
• Conduct cost estimation and budgeting for construction projects
• Manage financial aspects of construction projects
• Handle contract administration and project valuation
• Oversee tendering processes
• Prepare valuations and financial documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, or related field from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in construction or civil engineering projects
• Registered member or in the process of registration with NIQS or any recognized QS professional body

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management of construction projects
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, project valuation, and tendering processes
• Familiarity with building and construction materials, methods, and legal regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., CostX, WinQS)
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
