Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry or related field

HACCP certification (mandatory)

Strong experience with NAFDAC, SON & regulatory compliance

10+ years quality assurance experience in food production

Key Focus:

Implement and manage food safety systems

Lead internal & external audits

Ensure export-grade quality standards and batch validation
