An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspection and testing: Conduct inspections, tests, and measurements on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products using various tools and equipment.
- Data analysis and documentation: Record, analyze, and report inspection and testing data, maintaining detailed logs of all activities.
- Identifying defects: Identify and document any deviations from quality standards, recommending adjustments to the production process to prevent future issues.
- Acceptance or rejection: Make the decision to accept or reject items based on quality specifications and remove those that do not meet the standards.
- Process improvement: Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality, efficiency, and consistency.
- Compliance: Ensure products and processes adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Auditing: Perform and participate in internal and external audits to ensure quality procedures are followed.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with quality control standards, testing methodologies, and relevant equipment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
- Ability to maintain accurate and thorough documentation.
- A results-driven and responsible approach.
