About the Role

We're seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist who's passionate about delivering excellence. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of our digital products and client solutions. You'll work closely with our development, design, and product teams to uphold our commitment to innovation and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute test plans to ensure product quality
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve quality issues
• Perform manual and automated testing across various platforms and devices
• Ensure all software and web products meet business and user requirements
• Conduct regression, performance, and usability testing
• Maintain detailed documentation of testing activities, results, and improvement recommendations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in software or web quality assurance
• Proficient in QA methodologies, tools, and testing platforms (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with Agile development and automated testing frameworks
