About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join Skipper Eye-Q Hospital in Lagos. In this key position, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient experience across the hospital while bridging the gap between clinical protocols and administrative efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient experience across the hospital
• Optimize operational workflows, including reducing patient wait times and ensuring the physical upkeep and safety of the facility
• Manage reputation by actively monitoring patient satisfaction and online reviews to drive service improvements
• Design, implement, and improve hospital quality standards
• Analyze data to identify areas for growth and operational improvement
• Train, motivate, coach, and correct employees to ensure standards are met
• Create reports to track progress and performance metrics
• Formulate strategies to increase productivity and efficiency
• Review processes to ensure alignment with current trends and best practices
• Ensure a safe, high-performing environment that earns patient trust and meets all regulatory benchmarks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in quality assurance within a healthcare or hospital setting
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting software, and Microsoft Office
