QA/QC Materials Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Materials Officer to join our team at Felton Energy Services Ltd. This role ensures that all materials procured meet required specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with manufacturers, OEMs, and the procurement team to maintain compliance and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify materials received or about to be procured to ensure compliance with specifications
• Review and confirm that Purchase Orders (POs) match material specifications
• Liaise with manufacturers and OEMs to validate product quality and certifications
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections and quality checks
• Report findings and recommendations to the Procurement Manager
• Ensure all materials comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly
• Develop and implement quality control procedures for incoming materials
• Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC or materials inspection (oil & gas experience preferred)
