We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Management:
  • Research and identify potential suppliers
  • Evaluate and compare supplier offers
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Procurement Operations:
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Cost & Quality Control:
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast future needs
  • Ensure purchased products meet quality standards
  • Track and report on procurement costs and savings.
Compliance & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and invoices
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Support audits and reporting processes.

  • Cost savings achieved through negotiations
  • Supplier reliability and delivery performance
  • Accuracy of procurement records
  • Compliance with procurement policies.
Requirements:
  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' working experience.
