About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a solid background in short-let management. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, maintain positive tenant relationships, coordinate maintenance and repair work, and ensure that all properties meet our high-quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of property management experience, with experience in short-let management
• Knowledge of property management, lease agreements, and real estate regulations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of building maintenance and operational needs
• Attention to detail, reliability, and proactive work ethic
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with property management software
