## Title: Property Consultant

Job Summary

We are a reputable real estate company seeking an experienced and high-performing Property Consultant to join our growing sales and advisory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and managing client relationships while maintaining in-depth knowledge of the real estate market within Lagos, especially the luxury segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote, market, and sell residential and commercial properties to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business
  • Advise clients on property values, investment opportunities, and market trends
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and follow up on leads to close sales
  • Collaborate with developers, agents, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and client records
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay up to date with current property listings, pricing, and market trends

Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4–5 years' experience in property sales or real estate consulting
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of the Lagos luxury real estate market
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, social media marketing, and property listing platforms
  • Self-driven, confident, and results-oriented professional with strong networking ability
