About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Promoter/Salesman. In this role, you will coordinate marketing and promotion strategies, develop potential steel distributor franchisees, and achieve personal sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall strategy for promoting and marketing steel distribution franchises
• Develop and recruit potential steel distributor franchisees to expand the company's network
• Implement daily visit plans and engage with potential clients in designated areas
• Promote the company's brand, franchise policies, and competitive advantages
• Collect information and qualification documents from potential franchisees and submit preliminary assessment reports
• Follow up with interested clients, conduct business negotiations, and facilitate contract signing
• Maintain relationships with signed franchisees and support them with initial and subsequent orders
• Communicate company updates including latest price policies and promotional activities to franchisees
• Assist franchisees in resolving market sales issues and collect feedback and complaints
• Document and report on daily operations and sales activities
• Achieve personal sales targets consistently

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in marketing or sales
• 1–3 years of experience in the steel industry or franchisee development (preferred)
