Projects Supervisor - Structural Engineering at DreamCity Properties

Position Overview

DreamCity Properties is seeking a highly skilled and registered Projects Supervisor with a robust background in structural engineering for high-rise construction. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and control of projects from inception to completion. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance on all structural engineering aspects of high-rise building projects, ensuring designs are practical and implemented correctly on site
• Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary project team, including site engineers, quantity surveyors, procurement officers, and subcontractors
• Develop, monitor, and update comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines
• Implement and enforce strict quality control procedures to ensure all work complies with approved designs, specifications, and regulatory standards (e.g., COREN, NSE, Building Codes)
• Oversee all on-site activities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, maintaining a zero-accident culture
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, regulatory bodies, and internal management, providing regular progress reports and resolving issues promptly
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment, verifying their quality and suitability for the project
• Work closely with Quantity Surveyors to monitor project expenditures, control costs, review variations, and ensure financial objectives are met
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to construction methodology, logistics, and timelines
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all project activities and communications
