About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Project and Product Manager to drive business expansion, lead healthcare service projects, and manage stakeholder relationships from concept to operations commencement.

This role bridges business development and project management, ensuring that new service opportunities—from pharmacy management to hospital supply solutions—are efficiently pursued, structured, and transitioned into seamless operations under clearly defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

You will coordinate multi-stakeholder projects involving healthcare facilities and internal teams, ensuring each engagement meets business goals, compliance standards, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Project Development & Negotiation

• Develop tailored proposals, project pitches, and business cases for hospitals and clinics
• Lead negotiations and manage stakeholder expectations through the deal lifecycle from prospecting to signed SLA
• Collaborate with finance, supply chain, legal, and operations teams to define project terms, pricing, and compliance frameworks

Project Execution & Oversight

• Lead end-to-end management of new client projects, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and performance indicators
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering scope, budget, and milestone tracking
• Coordinate internal functions (finance, operations, HR, logistics) to ensure readiness before go-live
• Facilitate regular project review meetings, documentation, and performance reporting
• Oversee the transition of signed projects to operations under the agreed SLA
• Track project success metrics such as operational readiness

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain an updated project pipeline and generate weekly management reports
• Analyze project outcomes to improve business acquisition and execution efficiency
