Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee civil and mechanical projects, ensuring smooth execution, cost efficiency, quality delivery, and compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, resourcing, costing, design, execution, reporting, and plant modification.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day project activities on-site to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Monitor costs, project progress, and compliance with design specifications
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly followed
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members to achieve project goals
• Prepare and submit accurate project status reports
• Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site challenges
• Assist in managing plant modifications and upgrades when required

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree or HND in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering field
• 10–15 years of industry and field experience in civil/mechanical project supervision
• Proven track record in project resourcing, planning, costing, design, and execution
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
