Job Summary
Primestix Construction Limited is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while working with a dynamic and expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety on site
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly
- Prepare and submit project reports and updates
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Nigerian construction regulations and standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Experience with construction software and project management tools
