Project Manager (Civil Engineer) at ADKAN Services

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Project Manager with civil engineering expertise to oversee and deliver projects from initiation through completion. You will manage all aspects of project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
• Lead site teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is an added advantage)
• 5+ years of proven experience in project management within the construction/engineering sector
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications (PMP, COREN, or equivalent)
