## Title: Project Manager – University Development

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to lead university development projects with a focus on strategic planning, coordination, and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of university development projects
Coordinate engineering teams, contractors, and consultants
Prepare project timelines, budgets, and reports, ensuring compliance with quality standards
Drive efficient project delivery and risk management

Required Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field (Master's degree is an added advantage)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience
Proven track record of handling large-scale construction or institutional development projects

Desirable Qualifications

Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
