About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers in day-to-day management of project activities, timelines, and resources
• Maintain project schedules, track progress, and update stakeholders on project milestones
• Act as a liaison between team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and action item lists
• Assist in tracking project expenses and ensuring adherence to allocated budgets
• Identify and monitor project risks and issues, escalating them to senior team members when necessary
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all project tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Address challenges or roadblocks in project processes and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with customer support to ensure customer satisfaction with post-implementation activities on all executed projects

Requirements

• HND, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree
• 2-3 years of work experience
