## Title: Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our expanding team. You will oversee design and construction projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery across all phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee design and construction projects from inception to completion
  • Lead collaboration with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key project team members
  • Coordinate project activities to ensure structural, electrical, mechanical, and interior plans are executed according to specification, quality, budget, and timeline
  • Manage POW/schedule tracking, issues/risk tracking, construction quality assurance, and progress reporting
  • Identify and close outstanding issues through weekly meetings, correspondence, change requests, performance reports, status reports, and schedule updates
  • Lead management of all activities associated with arising requirements and assemble resources to execute variations, amendments, and modifications
  • Coordinate consultant drawings and highlight issues to the project owner, including design clashes, value engineering possibilities, and space/cost-saving alternatives
  • Review issue resolution with sponsor, team members, and team leaders
  • Manage outstanding issues through identification, investigation, tracking reports, and issue management logs
  • Initiate change requests, evaluate impact, obtain formal acceptance, revise work breakdown structure and schedules, and communicate changes to affected team members
  • Manage activities associated with obtaining client-supplied information, including existing conditions, surveys, and legal documentation
  • Review system design and integration for Access Control, HVAC, Lighting, and Auxiliary Power
  • Review all architectural and engineering drawings from concept through proposal to construction
