About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a leadership capacity. In this role, you will provide comprehensive management and coordination of logistics planning, early project assessment, and execution across multiple departments and project stages.

Main Functions

• Provide the project team with overall management and coordination of logistics planning, early project assessment, and execution
• Interface with Operations Logistics, Production Affiliate, Drilling, Procurement, and General Services throughout various stages of the process
• Collaborate on logistics between Drilling and company Projects
• Share lessons learned across departments

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain proper communication channels to inform Management, Partners, Government Agencies, and others of pertinent and required information
• Coordinate with other members of the management team to ensure that all matters related to development and operations are carried out in an orderly manner
• Manage overall costs, safety, and environmental performance of the subsurface department

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related Technical field
• Experience in logistics planning and execution
• Experience in construction, safety, and procurement
• Reservoir Engineering management experience
• Experience in corporate production forecasting
• Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to project sites to provide functional support
