Project Driver at Tractrac Mechanization Services Limited

Position Overview

The Project Driver will provide reliable transportation support for TracTrac's project activities in Keffi, Nasarawa State. The driver will be responsible for safely transporting project staff, partners, and materials, ensuring proper vehicle maintenance, and adhering to organizational and donor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive project staff, partners, and visitors to and from field locations, meetings, and other official assignments
• Maintain high standards of professional driving etiquette, ensuring the safety of all passengers and goods
• Ensure vehicles are kept in good working condition through regular checks, servicing, and prompt reporting of mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including vehicle logbooks, fuel consumption reports, and service/maintenance documentation
• Adhere to organizational transport policies, donor regulations, and local traffic laws at all times
• Support logistics tasks such as delivery and collection of documents, parcels, and project materials
• Assist with field operations by providing logistical support to the state team where needed
• Ensure vehicles are equipped with necessary safety tools, first aid kits, and valid documents (insurance, registration, driver's license)
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of integrity in line with organizational values and policies
