About the Role

Hitech Construction Company Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Cost Controller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support project success through effective financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with budgetary standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control for assigned projects
• Manage and verify project invoices with appropriate documentation (3-way match)
• Prepare project financial reports and collaborate with the Senior Cost Controller at the Head Office
• Support Project Managers in monitoring project performance and cost efficiency
• Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring compliance with company standards
• Maintain accurate project accounting records and ensure transparency in reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project cost control or financial analysis within the construction industry (road construction experience is an added advantage)
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial software
• Willingness to work on project sites nationwide
