About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Estimator to join our construction team. This role is fully remote and requires strong technical, coordination, and cost-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project activities across multiple teams and construction sites
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), budgets, and cost reports
- Track project schedules, progress, and deliverables
- Assist in procurement planning, tender analysis, and contractor coordination
- Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Mark up and perform takeoffs using Bluebeam
- Support project managers with reporting, documentation, and cost control
- Participate in virtual meetings and provide timely project updates
Required Qualifications
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project coordination and/or estimating
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Software Proficiency (Mandatory)
- Vectorworks
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Excel
- Bluebeam
- Procore
- Sage
Additional Skills
Ability to draft in Vectorworks is an added advantage. Training will be provided where necessary.

- Ability to work efficiently across different time zones where required
