About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. You will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, forecasting, resourcing, and managing of technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans, managing schedules and arranging assignments
- Communicate progress to all team members and stakeholders
- Prepare, plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects
- Manage all manufacturing CAPEX planning and execution
- Interact with clients to interpret and document their needs and requirements
- Cooperate and communicate with the project manager and other project participants
- Collaborate with engineers to create more efficient project methods and maintain project profitability
- Develop specifications for the project's required equipment
- Create frameworks to measure project metrics and manage data collection
- Manage LAD (Letter of Adjustment Deviation) and payment processes
- Ensure timely release of LAD/POs and payments
- Monitor and ensure seamless execution of all manufacturing projects across all plants
- Track project performance and analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Track budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and staff members
- Ensure Safety First compliance and adherence to all safety norms
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Eng.) or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant hands-on experience in technical project engineering
- At least 2 years' experience in a beverage bottling company
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project
- Experience in budgeting and people management
- Knowledge of bottling operations
