Project Analyst at IDYHA Capital

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Project Analyst to join the Green Schools for Climate Action Project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in coordinating teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring smooth communication across internal and external partners.

The successful candidate will support research, data collection, monitoring, reporting, and overall project coordination, ensuring that field teams, schools, community members, and project partners remain informed and aligned with project goals. Key Responsibilities

• Act as a secondary point of contact for internal project teams and external stakeholders, including schools, community groups, and technical partners
• Support planning sessions, work plan development, and scheduling of project activities
• Facilitate smooth communication and alignment across teams to ensure timely delivery of field activities
• Provide support with outreach, school engagements, training sessions, and workshops
• Manage documentation, minutes, follow-up trackers, and stakeholder databases
• Provide administrative and operational support to project teams
• Ensure all data and outputs are accurately captured, organized, and accessible

Requirements

• Strong project coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
• Natural people person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and aligned
• Capability to collect, manage, and present data to support decision-making
• Ability to support both field-based activities and media/communication-based coordination effectively
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
