## Title: Project Account Officer

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Tetramanor Limited as a Project Account Officer. You will play a vital role in tracking project costs and reporting financial information in a manner that supports effective management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage credit accounts and accounts payable/receivable, including customer invoices and supplier bills
  • Handle payment processing and account settlements
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
  • Monitor and track project costs
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Support budget preparation and financial planning activities
  • Liaise with government agencies and external bodies to ensure timely filing and compliance with financial regulations
  • Assist in internal and external audits
  • Communicate with customers, management, and suppliers to resolve financial matters
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
