Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and enhance the company's e-commerce website to ensure smooth functionality and excellent user experience
• Develop, test, and deploy custom applications, software tools, and automation systems to support business processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify pain points and design scalable solutions
• Implement performance optimization strategies for web applications and back-end systems
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and payment gateways into the website
• Ensure website security, perform regular backups, and monitor for vulnerabilities
• Maintain technical documentation and provide support to staff when needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience managing and developing e-commerce websites
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, or Python
• Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, React/Vue)
• Experience with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Preferred Experience

• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom PHP solutions
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and site optimization
