Program Manager (CIL Ventures)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager to ensure successful delivery of outcomes aligned to CIL's strategic objectives—on time, within scope, and within approved financial and resource constraints. You will act as the central orchestration layer between strategy, delivery teams, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the planning, governance, and execution of assigned programs, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and business priorities
• Define program objectives, success criteria, delivery roadmaps, and integrated timelines across all constituent projects
• Establish and enforce program-level governance, controls, and reporting structures to ensure predictable delivery
• Manage inter-project dependencies, risks, and cross-functional handoffs to prevent delivery slippage and execution bottlenecks
• Provide consolidated visibility into program health, including progress, financial performance, risks, and benefits realisation
• Drive stakeholder alignment by facilitating structured engagement with executive sponsors, delivery leads, and client-facing teams
• Oversee program budgets, forecasts, and cost controls, ensuring financial discipline and early identification of variances
• Act as the escalation point for program-level risks, delivery conflicts, and resource constraints, driving timely resolution
• Ensure delivery standards, change control, and approval frameworks are consistently applied across all projects within the program
• Embed continuous improvement practices by identifying systemic delivery issues and implementing corrective actions
• Support transition from delivery to operations by ensuring readiness, handover completeness, and outcome acceptance

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project and program management, with a significant portion dedicated to managing complex programs
