## Title: Program Manager - ACCESS Project

Role Summary

The Program Manager will provide strategic, technical, and operational leadership to ensure the effective implementation of the ACCESS Project across four intervention states.

This role is responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and execution of the project's two core intervention pathways:

  • Community Engagement and Referrals for Adolescent Reproductive Health (ARH) Services: Focusing on demand generation and awareness creation
  • Domestication and Capacity Building for Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH): Strengthening the supply side of the intervention

The overarching goal of these interventions is to enhance access to comprehensive family planning and post-abortion care (PAC) services by addressing stigma, fostering community participation, and reinforcing health system capacities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the Federal Ministry of Health (FMOH), National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA), State Primary Health Care Boards, and other implementing partners across the four project states (Taraba, Ondo, Ekiti, and Enugu)
  • Ensure alignment with national and state health priorities
  • Coordinate with partner organizations implementing the ACCESS Project in the remaining four priority states (Benue, Kebbi, Zamfara, and Akwa Ibom)
  • Promote synergy, knowledge sharing, and consistent delivery of project objectives across all eight intervention geographies
  • Report to the Head of Programmes

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Master's Degree in Public Health, Development Studies, Health Systems Management, Demography, Sociology, Health Management, Nursing, or a related field
  • 7 - 10 years of progressively increasing experience in program management within Adolescent Reproductive Health, Sexual and Reproductive Rights, Maternal and Child Health (MCH), health systems strengthening, or related areas
