Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Programs Manager to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of our hospitality training programs.

This role is central to delivering high-impact learning experiences ranging from foundational hospitality courses to leadership development and customized corporate training. As Programs Manager, you will work closely with seasoned facilitators, hospitality businesses, and aspiring professionals to ensure every program is practical, industry-relevant, and outcome-driven.

You will play a key role in bridging the gap between classroom training and real-world hospitality practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all training programs, including cohort-based and corporate training initiatives
• Collaborate with facilitators to design and deliver hands-on, relevant, and engaging training content
• Organize field trips, simulation sessions, internships, and industry exposure opportunities for students
• Conduct training needs assessments for hospitality businesses and oversee staff training programs
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, track impact, and prepare outcome reports
• Support student engagement, job readiness, placements, and post-training follow-ups
• Ensure smooth program execution, timelines, logistics, and stakeholder coordination

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3–5 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development, or hospitality management
• Background in education, learning & development, or hospitality training is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards across restaurants, hotels, cafés, lounges, and related sectors
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with facilitators, corporate clients, and students
