We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive the execution of our mission and strategic goals across multiple African countries, ensuring measurable impact and long-term vision alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership – Drive the execution of CAIN's mission and strategic goals, ensuring measurable impact, growth, and long-term vision alignment.
• Program Oversight – Design, implement, evaluate and scale high-impact educational programs across multiple African countries, focused on empowerment and systemic change.
• Data Management and Analysis – Collect, manage, and analyze relevant data from all programs, ensuring CAIN makes data-driven decisions.
• Financial & Resource Management – Lead budgeting, financial planning, and reporting to ensure accountability, transparency, and resource optimization.
• Stakeholder & Partnership Engagement – Build and nurture strong relationships with donors, NGOs, government bodies, corporate partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Operations & Team Management – Oversee daily operations, while managing staff, volunteers, and project teams to ensure smooth and effective program delivery.
• Regulatory Compliance – Ensure full compliance with local and international legal, financial, and operational regulations, including nonprofit and sector-specific standards.
• Fundraising & Grant Management – Secure significant funding through compelling grant proposals, strategic partnerships, and donor engagement. Develop and execute effective, sustainable fundraising strategies.
• Research & Innovation – Monitor trends and emerging practices in education and development, introducing innovative solutions to increase CAIN's reach and relevance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, Social Sciences, Nonprofit Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, nonprofit leadership, fundraising, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of implementing and evaluating high-impact programs, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven track record of raising funds through grant writing and donor engagement.
