Key Requirements

• Ph.D. Degree or equivalent qualification in Public Law with a minimum of nine (9) years of teaching experience at university level
• Minimum of five (5) points from postgraduate student supervision
• Considerable research background with a minimum of seventy-five (75) points in admissible publications
• Minimum of five (5) points in Academic Leadership and Administrative Responsibilities
• Minimum of three (3) points in Community Service
• Minimum of forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal
• Two (2) favorable external assessments

Academic Standing Requirements

• Current member of relevant professional body/bodies
• Visible on Google Scholar with a minimum citation count of thirty (30)
• Minimum of fifteen (15) publications
• Minimum of five (5) papers indexed in Scopus
