## Title: Professor of Pharmacology and Therapeutics

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified candidate for a Professor position in Pharmacology and Therapeutics at the State University of Medical and Applied Sciences (SUMAS) in Lagos, Nigeria.

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. Degree or Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
Minimum of twenty-five (25) published scientific journal articles
At least six (6) journal articles published in impact factor-rated journals
Successful supervision of a minimum of one (1) Ph.D. student and three (3) Master's students, or at least five (5) Master's degree students
Minimum three (3) years experience as an Associate Professor (Reader), or at least five (5) years as a Senior Lecturer in a recognized degree-awarding institution
