## Title: Professor of Estate Management at Federal University Oye-Ekiti

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this Professor position in Estate Management.

Ph.D. Degree or equivalent in Estate Management or related field of specialization
Minimum of nine (9) years of teaching experience at University level
Minimum of five (5) points from postgraduate students supervised
Considerable research background with a minimum of seventy-five (75) points in admissible publications
Minimum of five (5) points in Academic Leadership and/or Administrative Responsibilities
Minimum of three (3) points in Community Service
Current membership in relevant professional body/bodies
Minimum of forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal
Active Google Scholar profile with a minimum of thirty (30) citations
Minimum of fifteen (15) publications
