About the Position

Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo is seeking a Professor of Biostatistics to join its academic faculty.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• Professor with a minimum of twenty (20) publications, of which at least five (5) must be international publications and fifteen (15) must be journal articles; OR
• Reader with a Ph.D. degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with evidence of outstanding and continuing achievement and teaching experience in a university setting

Required Experience

• Evidence of supervision to completion of at least one (1) Ph.D. student or three (3) Master's students

Professional Requirements

• MBBS Degree
• Final Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College Nigeria or equivalent
• Registration with the relevant professional body (mandatory)
