About the Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join the Department of Anatomic Pathology at the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo.

Required Qualifications

• MBBS Degree
• Final Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College Nigeria or equivalent qualification
• Registration with the relevant professional body (mandatory)

Academic Requirements

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• Professor Level: Minimum of twenty (20) publications, of which at least five (5) must be in international (offshore) journals and fifteen (15) should be journal articles
• Reader Level: Ph.D. degree or equivalent in a relevant field with evidence of outstanding and continuing achievement and teaching experience in a university setting

Supervision Experience

• Evidence of supervision to completion of at least one (1) Ph.D. student, OR
• Evidence of supervision to completion of at least three (3) Master's students
